Commander Norm Streat has rushed "The Ark" on to the slip to re-commission her as a defensive vessel for the Creek in view of recent "Boat Refugees" activity along the Australian coast. She is being refinished in battleship grey and will have a small anti personnel turret gun fitted. Commander Streat is pictured locating the underwater missile tubes for activation!!
