Freshen Up
Have you been down to the clubhouse lately ??
For those that haven’t you should get down and have a look as the building has been smartened, up with a coat of paint throughout. The last paint job was when the white ant renovation took place back in 2002. The years pass quickly and all of a sudden our renovated building was suddenly looking a bit tired. So with a coat of paint, the deck finished and (hopefully) the moorings and west end of the Island repaired the club will be looking at her very best for Opening Day 2010, October. Come down and see your building levee at work.
Now what can we do to get the City of Kingston to invest some of the $240,000 they per year collect back into the creek, it’s users and it’s environs.
WORKING BEE THIS WEEKEND – all club members should donate 2 hours of their time per working bee. There is a preset list that has been forwarded to all. Let’s make sure we all do our bit.
