Over the past month or so, Vice Commodore Des has been keeping an eye on a Semisub Drilling platform that's been in to Geelong harbour for repairs. On Monday he was lucky enough to take a few shots as she headed off to Bass Strait.

It was the last race of the Winter Competition and apparently Peter had decided to do it in style - with an all girl crew aboard Ruff Cut. We spotted Jenny and Michelle just before the start of the event - not a sign of the skipper though !

AGM Report

The 2009 AGM was held on Tuesday evening and despite the wild weather over 30 members were in attendance. The Falg Officers remain the same except for Craig who has taken on the role of Secretary. Paul O'Neil was welcomed in as a new committee member as well. Following the short meeting everyone enjoyed a few hot snacks and a drink as they caught up on the latest.
